Customer Testimonial: A Heartfelt Journey Through Bavaria with SBS Fahrdienst Munich

In August 2024, my family and I had the absolute pleasure of embarking on a wonderful journey through Bavaria with SBS Fahrdienst Munich. Our trip, which took us from Munich to Innsbruck, was truly unforgettable – and a big part of that was thanks to our guide and driver, Philipp.

Planning a trip from the United States, especially one requiring wheelchair accessibility, can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, coordinating with SBS Fahrdienst Munich couldn’t have been easier. Philipp was incredibly responsive, even taking the time to chat with me over WhatsApp to ensure every detail, from airport pick-up to our tour stops, was perfect for our group. We were a party of six, including teenagers and one member in a wheelchair, and Philip made sure that every single one of us felt comfortable and included.

Before we even set off, Philip greeted us at our hotel with warm pretzels, an authentic and thoughtful touch! He also made sure we had plenty of snacks and drinks for our trip, which was incredibly considerate. During the trip, we visited breathtaking places like Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof, and Ettal Abbey. What stood out the most wasn’t just the beauty of these sites, but how Philipp’s engaging storytelling kept even my teenage boys interested – a rare feat!

For my sister-in-law, the wheelchair-accessible van made all the difference. She was able to fully participate in the day’s adventures without any worry. We even enjoyed a delicious Bavarian lunch together, making it a perfect day filled with both culture and comfort.

While I had intended to leave a review sooner, I’m glad I have the opportunity now to express our gratitude. Philip truly made us feel like we were traveling with a friend, not just a guide. We can’t wait to return and when we do, there’s no question – we’ll be calling SBS Fahrdienst Munich again for our transportation and tour needs.

To anyone considering a trip through Europe, especially those who need accessible services, I can’t recommend SBS Fahrdienst Munich enough. It was an experience we’ll cherish for a lifetime!
